LAS VEGAS, NV, January 09, 2006. A June 2006 opening is now set for the 255-suite Platinum Hotel and Spa in Las Vegas, which is reportedly one of the first condo hotel and spa complexes to be built in the city. Located at 211 E. Flamingo Rd., the hotel is co-owned and operated by Marcus Hotels and Resorts.
All units within the 17-story building are individually owned and fully furnished. Each condo hotel unit features a wall-mounted plasma high-definition television, a full kitchen, an electric fireplace, a whirlpool bath and a private outdoor terrace.
