StayOnline in Exclusive Deal with Omni Hotels
Wireless HSIA Provider Adds Another Luxury Brand to its Footprint
ATLANTA, GA, January 11, 2006. Omni Hotels, the privately-owned luxury hotel chain based in Irving, Texas, has signed a deal with Atlanta-based StayOnline to be the exclusive provider of wireless High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) to the company's hotel and resorts throughout North America. This announcement comes as Omni Hotels' previous HSIA contract expired and the four-diamond brand sought to partner with an experienced provider known for outstanding service and depth of experience in wireless.
"StayOnline's dedication to providing world-class service synced perfectly with our focus on customer service," said Paul Dietzler, Executive Vice President of Asset Management for Omni Hotels. "From their comprehensive site surveys to their integration and expansion options that streamline operations, StayOnline sets the gold standard in excellence. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with this proven wireless leader."
The partnership with Omni Hotels continues StayOnline's recent focus on luxury properties and resorts. The contract calls for StayOnline to immediately begin installation at 33 Omni Hotels' properties. StayOnline's solution will provide coverage to public areas and more than 12,000 guest rooms.
Omni Hotels was the first luxury brand to offer complimentary wireless HSIA access to its guests brand-wide.
"Our guests expect the highest level of service in every aspect of their stay, which includes high quality wireless Internet access," said Dietzler. "As a proven leader in wireless connectivity, StayOnline was a natural choice going forward for Omni Hotels and our commitment to our guests."
"We are beyond thrilled about our partnership with Omni Hotels," said StayOnline President Antonio DiMilia. "This contract is a significant result of our aggressive growth strategy in a global direction, allowing us the opportunity to further expand our footprint in the luxury category both inside and outside of the United States."
