Onity Announces Management Changes to North American Sales Team
ATLANTA - JANUARY 10, 2006 - Onity (formerly TESA Entry Systems, Inc.), the leading global provider of electronic control and security solutions for the lodging industry, has announced two management changes to the company's North American sales team.
Tak Walden has been named Eastern Region Sales Manager for Onity's hospitality field sales team. Previously, Tak served as Premier Accounts Manager for Onity's hospitality division, and was responsible for the development of premier corporate accounts in that market. In his new role, Tak will oversee the direct sales effort of all Eastern US sales representatives for Onity's hotel security product lines, which include electronic locking systems and in-room safes. Tak is based in Orlando, Florida.
In addition, Jeff Jarvis has joined Onity's North American sales team as Premier Accounts Manager. Jeff brings to Onity extensive sales and management experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with such companies as Cintas, Marietta Corporation and Coca-Cola. Jeff will be responsible for the development of the Hilton, Hyatt. Intercontinental, La Quinta, Cendant, Marriott, Carlson, Best Western, HSFS, Choice, Accor, and Starwood accounts in North America. Jeff holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Southern Illinois University and is based in Chicago.
