Carol Daniel Joins Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as Vice President, Restaurants

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 16, 2005. Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is pleased to announce that Carol Daniel has rejoined Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as vice president, restaurants. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the operations, including training, service, facilities, personnel, and financial results, for the Kimpton's 39 restaurants. As the company continues to grow, she will direct new restaurant development for future restaurant locations. Daniel was previously with Kimpton in 2002 as director of restaurant operations, east coast.

Most recently, Daniel was senior vice president operations, Wolfgang Puck Catering and Events, which included project management and logistics for new venue openings. Prior to that, Daniel was President of Mainstay Hospitality.

Daniel graduated from Illinois State University and currently lives with her daughter.
