Lodging Unlimited Lands New Management Contracts
CHICAGO, IL, January 25, 2006. Lodging Unlimited, Inc. has inked an agreement to manage a portfolio of five hotels representing 492 rooms in Michigan, Ohio and Iowa.
The company plans to double in size from its current portfolio of 15 hotels to approximately 30 properties over the next two years.
Each of the five hotels will receive significant upgrades in a comprehensive renovation program; LUI will oversee the renovation process at each property. The hotels include: The 105-room/suite Baymont Inn and Suites in Coralville, IA; the 87-room/suite Baymont Inn and Suites in Cedar Rapids, IA; the 100-room Baymont Inn and Suites in Gaylord, MI; the 100-room Microtel in Streetsboro, OH; and the 100-room Microtel in Roseville, MI.
