Federico Echaiz Named Resort Manager of Las Ventanas al Paraiso
DALLAS, TX, February 8, 2006 - Las Ventanas al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort has named Federico Echaiz the resort manager of the internationally renowned property, announced Managing Director Andres Araya.
Mr. Echaiz comes to Las Ventanas with more than two decades of experience at luxury hotels and resorts in countries around the world. Most recently, he was the executive assistant manager in charge of food and beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Santiago, Chile.
"With his extensive international experience, which has taken him from Latin America to the Middle East to Asia, Mr. Echaiz brings to Las Ventanas an in-depth understanding of the highest standards and latest trends in hospitality," said Araya. Previous positions of Mr. Echaiz include serving as the executive assistant manager in charge of food and beverage at Park Hyatt Mendoza & Regency Casino Mendoza, Argentina, and as director of food and beverage at the Hyatt Cancun Caribe Villas & Resort, Mexico.
