Comtec Bags Innovation Award
FEBRUARY 14, 2006. Comtec has received a winner's award at the WDA's prestigious Celebration of Innovation Awards.
Companies short listed for an award included 26 high-performing companies from across Wales who, in the opinion of the WDA, have most clearly demonstrated an improvement to their business through improved profitability, sustainability, increased employment or thorough collaboration and networking with other organisations.
This latest award adds to the independent recognition received by Comtec, with the company previously awarded The Queen's Award for Enterprise: Innovation and with its co-founder Simon Powell being selected as a finalist in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur Of The Year, both in 2004.
