BW Adds Five to US Portfolio

PHOENIX, AZ, March 1, 2006. Best Western has added five more hotels to it's ever expanding franchise in the USA.

The Best Western Victoria Inn and Suites located at 8106 NE Zac Lentz Parkway in Victoria, Texas has recently opened. This brand-new hotel, owned by William Jones, boasts 54 rooms including 13 suites. Just minutes from the historic district and a short drive from The Texas Zoo, guests will find an array of activities no matter what the season. Victoria offers plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options, many are within walking distance of the hotel. "Best Western is proud to welcome the brand-new Victoria Inn and Suites to our chain," said Mark Williams, vice president, North American Development for Best Western International. "This versatile property offers amenities that will please business and leisure guests. This property is a great addition to our portfolio of hotels in Texas."

Meanwhile the completely-renovated Best Western All Star Inn and Suites located 21603 Devonshire Street in Chatsworth, California has opened. The hotel, owned by Prafull Patel, is conveniently located near Magic Mountain, Universal Studios Amusement Park, the Los Angeles Convention Center and Malibu Beach. Guests are just a short drive from shopping malls, theaters and restaurants. "We are proud to welcome the Best Western All Star Inn and Suites to our chain," said Mark Williams. "We are excited to raise the Best Western Flag in Chatsworth and offer guests another quality lodging option in Southern California."

The recently-renovated Best Western Antelope Inn located 203 Antelope Blvd. in Red Bluff, California is another new property.The hotel, owned by Ajit Patel, is conveniently located near the Lassen Volcanic National Park, Lake Red Bluff, Waterwork Park and Oasis Fun Park. Guests can also experience plenty of shopping, casinos and entertainment with theaters close by. The hotel offers 67 guest rooms starting at $90 per night.

The Best Western Chincoteague Island, owned by Scott and Lisa Chesson along with Mrs. Nancy Shields and located at 7105 Maddox Boulevard on Chincoteague Island, Virginia has just been added. The hotel offers 53 guest rooms. Located at the entrance of Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, Best Western Chincoteague Island offers the closest accommodations to the beach and Refuge where guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. There is shuttle service available at the property during the summer months that allows guests to experience some of the Island's best seafood restaurants, shopping and a variety of family activities. Finally Best Western International has announced the recent addition of the Best Western Berlin Inn at 311 South Route 73 to its chain. This Berlin, New Jersey hotel is owned by RSP Realty, LLC and is conveniently located near Atlantic City and Philadelphia. The area boasts the ATCO Race Center and Clementon Park. "Best Western extends a warm welcome to the Berlin Inn," said Mark Williams. "We are excited to offer another quality lodging option in New Jersey."
