. October 14, 2008

DENVER, CO, March 2, 2006. With an employee base that has grown by 500 percent in two years, Exclusive Resorts(SM) has entered into a seven-year lease to occupy five and a half floors of the Park Central building in Denver. The late summer move will take the 200-employee company from its 35,000 square foot office space in the Sugar Building at 1530 16th St., to nearly 80,000 square feet at 1515 Arapahoe St., which could accommodate more than 300 employees.

"This move underscores our commitment to Denver, which has provided an excellent climate for our fast-growing corporate headquarters," said Brent Handler, president and co-founder of Exclusive Resorts. "We have enjoyed the ability to attract high-quality talent as we pioneer the way for luxury residence clubs, a popular alternative to second home ownership."

Since commencing operations in 2003, Exclusive Resorts, the world's leading luxury residence club (LRC), has experienced significant growth in its residences, destinations and membership. With more than 1,800 members, the company makes up the majority of the LRC market, to date signing two out of every three that join any luxury residence club. The company has nearly 300 residences in 36 premier destinations. Currently, an additional 100-plus residences are under development.

"We are delighted that this high-energy company has not only chosen to make Denver its national headquarters, but that it will now be rejuvenating a significant amount of downtown commercial space," said John Huggins, director of the Denver Office of Economic Development. "Given that Exclusive Resorts is a pioneer in a rapidly growing industry, it represents an opportunity for continued job growth in Denver."
