Former Radisson Hotel in Tallahassee to be Re-branded Park Plaza Hotel Tallahassee
Re-branding scheduled for July 2005
TALLAHASSEE, FL, June 24, 2005. Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, part of Minneapolis-based Carlson Hotels Worldwide, today announced that the former Radisson hotel in Tallahassee is rebranding to the Park Plaza Hotel Tallahassee on July 1, 2005. Both Park Plaza and Radisson are brands of Carlson Hotels Worldwide. Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts is positioned in the mid-scale segment of the full-service hotel category and is known for its great value and customer-focused service culture.
This strategically located 119-room hotel, situated downtown on North Monroe Street just six blocks from the Capitol, offers a full-service restaurant, room service, exercise room and high-speed wireless Internet. The hotel also offers 5,200 sq. ft. of function space. For all the chocolate lovers, the hotel will continue to make its famous chocolate chip cookies available every night upon check in.
