SAS Proposes Myklebust as Chairman
MARCH 21, 2006. SAS said it will propose to its annual general meeting on Apr. 20 that Egil Myklebust be reelected as chairman, according to Dow Jones news wire.
The company also recommends the reelection of Berit Kjoell, Timo Peltola, Fritz H. Schur, Anitra Steen and Jacob Wallenberg to the board.
Lars Rebien Soerensen has declined reelection and as a consequence thereof, the nomination committee will recommend the election of Jens Erik Christensen.
