Baltimore Independent Inn Conversion to be Holiday Inn Express
BALTIMORE, MD, April 13, 2006. Following a $2.5 million renovation and conversion project, a 123-room Holiday Inn Express will open up here this spring near M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
The future Holiday Inn Express at the Stadiums, located at 1701 Russell St., is being converted from what had been the Independent Inn at the Stadium.
The renovated property's guestrooms will feature in-room refrigerators and 27-inch flat-screen televisions.
Baywood Hotels, Inc. will be the owner and operator of the Holiday Inn Express.
