Cyber Oasis Installs Self-service Business Center at Hilton Curacao
APRIL 17, 2006. Cyber Oasis, provider of automated business centers for international hotels & resorts, has just completed installation of a self-service business center for the beautiful beachfront Hilton Curacao.
Last year, Hilton issued an internal memo property-wide to request all its hotel and resorts to put 24/7 business centers in place. Cyber Oasis was selected as the provider of choice for this 196-room Caribbean property.
As part of this project, Cyber Oasis provided a custom designed turn-key business center, including custom-built furniture, all hardware and software and staff training.
During the last five years Cyber Oasis has been helping International properties of all sizes to design, setup and implement fully automated business centers, Internet caf'e and Internet Kiosks.
The primary benefit of the Cyber Oasis solutions is that they are fully automated to work on a self-serve basis, totally independent of the hotel staff. This solution will enable the hotel to provide 24-hour business center services to guests, while hotel employees will be freed to focus on providing personalized service to the hotel guests.
