Prototype Embassy Suites to be Built in Chandler, AZ
MEMPHIS, TH, April 17, 2006. Embassy Suites Hotels has signed a developer, North Central Group, for the first of its new generation prototype, a 156-suite property in Chandler, AZ.
The new hotel, which unlike previous generation Embassy Suites, moves away from the strict atrium design, is scheduled to open in 2008. Instead of a building-wide atrium, the new prototype features a two-and-a-half story atrium at the front of the hotel attached to a more cost effective traditional hotel tower.
Other Embassy Suites brand standards, such as the complimentary, cooked to order breakfast and evening managers reception, remain in place.
