Motel Partnership Sells Clarion
EUREKA, CA, April 24, 2006. Motel Partnership has sold the 68-unit Clarion Resort here to Scott Feil for $3.5 million. Feil will keep the Clarion franchise, according to Carl McGroggan of Amber Hotel Co., which represented the seller in transaction.
The limited-service property is located on US Highway 101. Nearby are Humboldt State University and the College of the Redwoods.
