Forbes Hamilton Awarded Management of Three Properties
Holiday Inn Orange Park, the Boat Slip Resort, and the Hawaiian Inn
ORLANDO, FL, April 21, 2006. Forbes Hamilton Management Company has been awarded management contracts for the Holiday Inn Orange Park, the Boat Slip Resort, and the Hawaiian Inn. Forbes Hamilton's President Tom Johnsen made the announcement on Friday.

The Holiday Inn Orange Park, located in Orange Park, Florida, is owned by the Minnesota Orange Park Associates, LLC. This 300 room, full service Holiday Inn has recently undergone extensive renovations. Short term plans include upgrades to the public areas and function space. In addition, a 4,500 square foot pavilion is in the plans to accommodate banquets and events for up to 400 quests.
The Boat Slip Resort, owned by the Boat Slip Management Co., LLC, is located in Provincetown, Ma. The 45 unit, seasonal resort is open from April to October and is considered Provincetown's premier waterfront resort.
The Hawaiian Inn, located in Kissimmee, Florida, consists of 433 guest rooms and is owned by Maingate, LLC. This limited service resort is located just west of Disney's main gate and offers an economical location for families visiting Orlando's theme parks.
