LXR Selects TIG as Internet Marketing Partner

. October 14, 2008

WASHINGTON, DC, April 25, 2006. LXR Luxury Resorts (LXR) today announced that it has selected TIG Global as its agency of record to manage website design and Internet marketing services for its LXR portal site, http://www.LuxuryResorts.com and for 23 independent hotels and resorts that are part of this collection. LXR is a portfolio of luxury properties owned by affiliates of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors.

In accordance with the partnership, TIG Global will continue to design websites for the LXR properties and develop, implement and oversee complementary strategic marketing programs. These plans include search engine optimization, pay-per-click marketing, strategic linking, online advertising, email marketing, statistical reporting and analysis, detailed revenue tracking, and proactive, consultative client support. In addition, TIG Global will create promotional and location-driven landing pages (e.g., http://www.LuxuryResorts.com/PuertoRico) to drive qualified traffic and generate cost-effective cross-sell opportunities for the LXR collection.

"LXR has an expert-level understanding of the power of the online distribution channel," said Paul Peddrick, senior vice president of web services for TIG Global. "TIG Global is delighted to combine our industry-leading design and marketing expertise in service of a growing list of some of the finest hospitality assets in the world."

LXR initially partnered with TIG Global, the leading provider of web presence management and marketing for hotels, in May 2005 for the online re-branding of the Rihga Royal New York. Based on TIG Global's superior services and proven results with this property, LXR elected to extend its Internet marketing partnership with TIG Global for the LXR collection.

"TIG Global has the hospitality, online marketing and design experience to create luxury websites that reflect the individual personalities of each property and perform well," said Jack Feuer, LXR e-commerce advisor. "Their aggressive marketing tactics also have led to a substantial increase in qualified traffic, reservations and revenue."
