. October 14, 2008

ORLANDO, FL, May 1, 2006. Destination design firm Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG) has been hired by The Trump Organization to design a new golf resort near Aberdeen, Scotland on the North Sea. WATG's Orlando office is undertaking the project.

The resort, called Trump International Golf Links, Scotland, will include two championship golf courses (one will be a course designed for tournament play capable of hosting an event such as The British Open), a 450-room five-star hotel, 10,000 square-foot conference center, 650 holiday homes, 20,000 square-foot golf clubhouse, and a spa.

"WATG takes great pride in helping clients create the world's most successful destinations and looks forward to the opportunity of working on such a significant project," said John Page, business development manager for WATG.

The courses will be Donald J. Trump signature designs in association with Tom Fazio II Golf Design, and the architectural design theme of the facilities will be inspired by Victorian vernacular, a signature style of WATG.

Mr. Trump wants to create the "best golf course in the world" on the 800-acre site at Menie Estate, Aberdeenshire. The cost of the development will be lb300 million ($548 million USD).

Since its founding in 1945, WATG has specialized in hospitality, leisure and entertainment design from its offices in Orlando, Honolulu, Newport Beach, Seattle, and London. The firm is best known for such Hawaii landmarks as Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa; Fairmont Orchid at Mauna Lani; Four Seasons Resort Wailea; The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua; and the Hawaii Convention Center. Other internationally-acclaimed projects of theirs include: The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Las Vegas; Atlantis Paradise Island, Paradise Island, Bahamas; The Ritz-Carlton, Bali; the Four Seasons in Mexico City and Tokyo; Hotel Bora Bora, French Polynesia; and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Walt Disney World Resort, Florida.
