Anekona Real Estate Picks Up Hawaiian Resort
WAILUA, HI, May 01, 2006. Equinox Hotel Management, Inc. has sold the Aloha Beach Resort Kauai here to Anekona Real Estate Development for an undisclosed price.
The 216-room, full-service hotel will now be managed by Anekona Real Estate's newly formed subsidiary, Anekona Management, LLC. The new subsidiary will also now operate the nearby Kauai Beach Hotel & Resort, which will be rebranded as the Hilton Kauai Beach Resort this summer.
