It is an easy walk or drive from the property to nearby Kailua-Kona town.
Fairfield Resorts is the world's largest vacation ownership company with more than 500,000 owner families. In 2002, Outrigger and Fairfield entered into a strategic alliance whereby Outrigger provides on-site resort management services at all Fairfield properties operating in Hawaii while Fairfield Resorts handles all vacation ownership sales and marketing functions.
