Donald Martelli Named CD of Restaurant Ops for Shilo Hotels
PORTLAND, OR, May 31, 2006. Shilo Inn Suites Hotels has hired restaurant veteran Donald Martelli as its corporate Director of Restaurant Operations. Mr. Martelli brings 27 years of restaurant experience to the position and will oversee the Shilo owned restaurants throughout the Western United States.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Martelli has owned his own restaurants and most recently, served as Regional Director of Food and Beverage for a smaller hotel company. At Shilo, Martelli will manage 10 existing restaurant operations, as well as the Shilo restaurant at the Shilo Inn Suites Hotel, Killeen, Texas now under construction and scheduled to open in spring 2007.
