Starwood Opens Four Points in Shanghai
WHITE PLAINS, NY, June 6, 2006. Starwood has opened its first Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Shanghai - the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong, rebranded from Grand You You Hotel.
Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong is the second Four Points by Sheraton hotel to open in mainland China. Developed and further refurbished by Shanghai You You International Plaza, Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong is part of a new multi-use complex - You You International Plaza Complex.
The complex also includes the second Sheraton Hotel in Shanghai: the Sheraton Shanghai Hotel & Residences Pudong, which is expected to be ready in 2008.
Once completed, the complex will consist of four buildings: the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong; the Sheraton Hotel; the Sheraton Residences; an office tower and a retail complex.
