AirFrance-KLM Takes Stake in Club Med
PARIS, France, June 9, 2006. French tour operator Club Mediterranee said on Friday its new core shareholders would include French-Dutch airline AirFrance-KLM and Moroccan bank Caisse de Depot et de Gestion du Maroc.
French hotel operator Accor said earlier it would sell most of its 28.9 percent stake in Club Med to an unnamed group of investors.
