Donnie Lee Named GM The Gant Condominium Resort

ASPEN, CO, June 12, 2006. Destination Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Donnie Lee as general manager of The Gant condominium resort in Aspen.
Located in a secluded five-acre enclave at the base of Aspen Mountain in downtown Aspen, the 143-unit facility offers guests the luxury and services of a Colorado ski and summer resort with the flexibility of condominium rentals. With two pools, three hot tubs and five tennis courts, it is a perfect location for business or social gatherings. The Gant provides the conveniences of daily housekeeping, knowledgeable concierges and complimentary Aspen-wide transportation.
As general manager, Lee will supervise all aspects of this premier lodging facility, including human resources, marketing, food and beverage, operations and community involvement. He began his hospitality career with The Gant in 1985 and spent five years as its executive housekeeper. In 1997, he was promoted to the position of assistant general manager. He also has held managerial positions at the Doral Telluride Resort & Spa and Vail Cascade Resort & Spa.
An active community volunteer, Lee has served as president of the Aspen Village Metro District since 2002. He enjoys hiking, camping, travel and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Mari, have three children, Mariah 14, Colby 11 and Aaron, 7.
