NCL Opening Liquidation Sale of Waterfront Ivy Prior to Demolition
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, July 13, 2006. Summitt Scottsdale LLC, a California based developer, has contracted with NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc. of Springboro, OH to liquidate the entire contents at the Hotel Waterfront Ivy, Scottsdale. Summitt's plans include demolishing the present site to make way for a luxury condominium development.
The 105-suite hotel contents liquidation is being held on-site at the hotel located at 7445 E. Chaparral Road, Scottsdale. The sale opens to the hospitality industry and the general public on Thursday, July 13 and will continue for the next 30 days. In essence, this will be a GIANT GARAGE SALE with everything in the hotel being liquidated including building fixtures, hundreds of 25' and 27' color TV's, king, queen and double beds, love seats, dining tables and chairs, commercial laundry and kitchen appliances. You can even purchase the carpet off the floor!
This will be the second hotel liquidation that NCL has conducted in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area this summer, having just completed the successful liquidation of the Holiday Inn Midtown, Phoenix. Prior to that, NCL liquidated the contents of the Radisson Hotel & Spa, the Holiday Inn Sunspree as well as the Mountain Shadows Marriott.
