. October 14, 2008

WASHINGTON, DC, July 14, 2006. Carey International, Inc., the leader in chauffeured ground transportation services, has teamed with Ground Travel Technology Team (GT3) to demonstrate the new state of the art booking process just launched for GDS and online travel booking portals. The new technology will be demonstrated at the 2006 NBTA trade show in Chicago on July 17 through 19.

Attendees at the NBTA Trade Show at McCormick Place can actively participate in experiencing the GT3-Carey real time reservations link by making a test GDS booking for Carey chauffeured services at the GT3 booth (Booth #1656). Attendees can view the reservation instantly placed into Carey's Global Reservation System at the Carey International, Inc. booth (#1625). Attendees will receive a special gift for completing the demonstration at the Carey booth. The integration of Carey's Global Reservation System with GT3 was completed this month, permitting instant confirmations of chauffeured services transportation for travel agents utilizing GDS systems, corporate travel managers utilizing online corporate booking tools, as well as users of major travel Web site portals.

"We are pleased to provide travel arrangers another online booking tool," said Devin J. Murphy, President and CEO of Carey International. "We are committed to developing state of the art technology that makes the reservation process quick and simple to reserve Carey cars worldwide, whether via the Web, or GDS." Murphy added, "As a result of our enhanced relationship with GT3, all users on SabreT, ApolloT, WorldspanT, and SymphonieT, will now have online access to Carey's inventory with fast response times and tools to integrate their Carey booking as part of a total travel itinerary. We expect that this new technology will be enabled soon on some key consumer travel Web sites."

"We are excited to demonstrate the integration of Carey with the GT3 system that provides instant confirmations across many travel distribution platforms," said Gregg Tuccillo, President of the Travel Services Division of GT3. "With the increase in online bookings to all types of users, Carey and GT3 are delighted to provide this functionality to the growing base of travel arrangers booking chauffeured services online or via the GDS."
