Accor Launches All Seasons in Thailand

. October 14, 2008

DECEMBER 16, 2006. Accor launches its versatile All Seasons hotel brand in Thailand today with the rebranding of All Seasons Pattaya in one of the Kingdom's most popular leisure destinations.

All Seasons Pattaya enjoys a central location off Pattaya's busy Second Road with the Gulf of Thailand, prime shopping and entertainment areas all only a short stroll away. The 260-room hotel is being rebranded after a multi-million dollar renovation that covered all guest rooms, public areas, spa, the Season's Restaurant and newly renovated swimming pool with enlarged deck area.

With the rebranding Accor now offers the largest choice of locations and hotel styles in the resort city, with three distinct brands in south (Mercure Pattaya), central (All Seasons Pattaya) and north Pattaya (Garden Cliff Resort & Spa) respectively.

Accor Asia Pacific Managing Director Michael Issenberg said that the rebranded All Seasons Pattaya was an excellent platform to introduce the brand in Thailand.

"All Seasons has a strong reputation as a popular, well-priced leisure brand in Australia and New Zealand, and was very well received when we launched it in Asia last year with the opening of All Seasons Legian in Bali," Mr Issenberg said.

"Accor believes the market conditions are right in Thailand as the demand for mid-market accommodation is one of the fastest growing sectors. We believe Pattaya is the right destination to launch the brand in Thailand, and in the future we hope that All Seasons will expand to other leisure destinations around the Kingdom."

All Seasons Pattaya will be positioned as 'a city hotel in a resort destination', offering excellent rates for a fully renovated hotel with international branding and a prime location.
