KANSAS CITY, MO, May 21, 2009 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. ("WHI") announced today it advised in the sale of the three-story, 192-room Holiday Inn located in Salina, KS. This property has good visibility and is easily accessible at the intersection of Interstate 135 and Crawford.
The 192-room, brick exterior, interior corridor hotel is situated on 5.85 acres. The hotel opened in 1986 as a Holiday Inn and was renovated in 2003. The Property is fully sprinklered, contains three hydraulic elevators and over 9,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space, which can accommodate up to 750 people. Other hotel amenities include the signature "Holidome" with an indoor heated pool and waterslide, fitness room, arcade featuring ping-pong and table hockey, sauna and whirlpool, full service restaurant and bar.
WHI represented the seller, FCH/HHCHotels, LLC in the purchase by Andrea Investments, LLC. The property will receive minor renovations and be converted to a Ramada Inn.
