HVS Capital Appointed Advisor to Vail Plaza
MAY 21, 2009 - HVS Capital Corp has been appointed the exclusive advisor to Daymer Corporation -- to assist with the restructuring plan for the Vail Plaza Hotel & Club.
Vail Plaza Hotel & Club is located in the heart of Vail Village, Colorado and is just steps away from the ski slopes. The luxury property, which opened in December 2007, offers 100 hotel rooms and 38 multiple-bedroom fractional residences, full-service spa, and two restaurants. Vail Plaza Hotel & Club is the only new-build full-service hotel to open in Vail in the last twenty years.
