Accor Plans Summer Opening for Mumbai Novotel
MAY 28, 2009 - Accor is set to open its first Novotel-branded hotel in the Indian city of Mumbai. The Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, located in the heart of Mumbai's social and commercial hub, is scheduled to soft launch in July 2009.
The hotel will be the third Novotel in India after the Novotel Hyderabad Airport and Novotel Hyderabad.
Spread over 2.5 acres of a scenic beach-front site, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach will feature 203 guest rooms and suites. It also boasts a Premier Floor and Lounge for guests seeking an upgraded experience.
Speaking about the hotel's opening, Mr. Jean-Michel Casse, Vice President - Accor India, said, "With the launch of the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, we hope to present our guests with Novotel's world-renowned service standards, while maintaining a distinct local flavour. Mr. Heinz Egli has been appointed General Manager to spearhead operations of the hotel.

, The Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has released a promotional rate of Rs 7,500++ for a standard room and Rs 8,500 for a Premier Room with ocean views, breakfast and transfers.
