Bill Caraway to Serve on PT&LA Board
PITTSBURGH, PA, July 17, 2009 - The Hamister Group, Inc., a leading hospitality management company, today announced that Bill Caraway has been elected to serve on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Tourism & Lodging Association. The election took place at the organization's recent annual meeting.
Caraway serves as the Regional Director of Sales for The Hamister Group, Inc.'s five Pittsburgh-area hotels: the Hampton Inn, Cranberry Township; the Residence Inn by Marriott, Cranberry Township; the Holiday Inn Express, Cranberry Township; the Hampton Inn, Pittsburgh Airport; and the Hampton Inn, Greentree.

Caraway has more than ten years of hotel sales experience, including work selling multiple properties and working with multiple flags. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the General Manager at the Hampton Inn, Greentree hotel. Caraway earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications/Media from California University of Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania Tourism & Lodging Association was formed in 1981 as the only statewide association that represents the Commonwealth's tourism industry. The private, non-profit, membership-based organization exists to advocate, support, promote and enhance the tourism and lodging industry across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It provides lobbying, educational and professional development opportunities, information and other resources to its members.
