K Partners Announces Opening of Courtyard By Marriott

JULY 17, 2009 - San Antonio, Texas-based K Partners Hospitality Group, LP today announced the grand opening of the newest addition to the company's portfolio, the Courtyard by Marriott in Sea World/Westover Hills-San Antonio, Texas.
The 179-room Courtyard will be located in northwest San Antonio within the 1,270-acre, master-planned development Westover Hills. An official Sea World approved hotel, the Courtyard is one of the closest hotels to Sea World and offers vacation packages and a shuttle operating to and from San Antonio Sea World. Guests to the Courtyard will also be nearby to other local attractions such as Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the River Walk, the Alamo, and the San Antonio Zoo.
The hotel will also be ideally located for business travelers to the region with companies such as Microsoft, Chase Bank, the World Savings and Loan Association, and Philips Semiconductors all within Westover Hills.
