Dan Bayne and Ann Ikuta Join Aqua Sales Team
Pacific Air Agency Group Named General Sales Agent for South Korea
WAIKIKI BEACH, HI, August 5, 2009 - Aqua Hotels & Resorts, a full-service hotel management company with 16 unique hotels in Hawaii, announced the appointments of Dan Bayne and Ann Ikuta to the sales team and Pacific Air Agency Group as the company's general sales agent for South Korea.

No stranger to Hawaii's visitor industry, Bayne will be responsible for growing Aqua's Group business from all markets.
Most recently, Bayne was Director of Sales - Western Region for Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. Prior to that, his experience includes Director of Sales & Marketing for Marc Resorts, Director of Group Sales at Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio, Director of Sales for Outrigger Hotels & Resorts and Director of Sales & Marketing at Hawaiian Waikiki Beach Hotel (now Aston Waikiki Beach). From 1992 - 1994, Dan was Director of Sales at Waikiki Parkside Hotel which is now Aqua Palms & Spa.

Ikuta is responsible for growing business in all markets for the all-suite Hotel Wailea Maui and is the on-site point-of-contact for travel partners. Ikuta's responsibilities include working with event planners on special functions taking place on the property's beautiful, landscaped grounds.
Ikuta has many years of hotel management experience in the areas of catering, conference services and guest services. Most recently, she was Director of Revenue for the Four Seasons Maui and prior to that she was their Reservations and Housekeeping Manager. Ikuta can be reached at [email protected].
