Victor Vesnaver Joins Senior Management at PAR Springer-Miller Systems
STOWE, VT, August 11, 2009 - PAR Springer-Miller Systems today announces the appointment of Victor Vesnaver as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, of PAR Springer-Miller Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology.
Mr. Vesnaver brings more than 24 years of experience managing large organizations and driving technology initiatives in the hospitality industry. As Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Vesnaver heads PAR Springer-Miller's worldwide sales and marketing operations for the SMS|Host Hospitality Management System. Under Vesnaver's leadership, PAR Springer-Miller enters the next phase of growth and technological innovation.
Over the past several years PAR Springer-Miller has grown its core client base of luxury hotels and resorts significantly, adding hundreds of installations around the globe. Vesnaver will report to Lawrence W. Hall, President & CEO of PAR Springer-Miller Systems.

Prior to joining PAR Springer-Miller, Vesnaver served as Vice President, Hotel Systems for Micros Systems, Inc. where he had senior management responsibilities within the hotel systems business unit in North America. His background encompasses leadership positions in the hospitality and technology industries including Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for The Mills Corporation, Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for the European operation of Security Capital Group, and senior positions with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, SABRE Decision Technologies, and Zoho Corporation.
Mr. Vesnaver has a Master of Professional Studies degree from Cornell University's prestigious School of Hotel Administration.
