Sage Hospitality to Manage Three Branded Hotels in Seattle

DENVER, CO, August 12, 2009 - Sage Hospitality, a national leader in hotel management for luxury, full-service and select-service hotels, has been selected by Trinity Hotel Investors LLC, a global hotel real estate investment company based in New York to takeover management of three hotels in the Seattle, WA area. This is the fifth hotel management engagement for Sage with Trinity.

Starting July 1, Sage took over management of the three properties that consist of the Holiday Inn Renton (226 keys), the Hawthorne Suites Kent (152 keys), and the Courtyard by Marriott Lynnwood (164 keys).
