COVINGTON, KY, September 10, 2009 - Commonwealth Hotels, Inc. today announced the opening of the newly constructed 123-room Hyatt Place Salt Lake City Airport. Located at 52 North Tommy Thompson Drive, the Hyatt Place hotel is the newest in the region.

The hotel was developed and is owned by a subsidy of Corporex Companies, Inc. Corporex is a master developer based in Covington, Kentucky and does business nationally. The hotel is operated by Commonwealth Hotels, LLC a nationally recognized operator of fine hotels. The addition of a new hotel property is always in and of itself noteworthy, but when it is brand-new construction, it's even more exciting," said Dan Fay, President of Commonwealth Hotels.

Hyatt Place Salt Lake City Airport is located on North Tommy Thompson drive, just minutes from downtown, Salt Palace Convention Center, Gateway mall, Rocky Mountain Raceway, and many other attractions and destinations.
