DENVER, CO, January 5, 2007, DiNapoli Capital Partners of Los Angeles, Calif., announces the acquisition of Denver's Hotel Teatro. Occupying a prime location in downtown Denver, Hotel Teatro is a 111-room luxury boutique hotel that neighbors Larimer Square and "LoDo." They acquired the property from Michael Brenneman and Jeff Selby, who had the foresight to turn the Tramway Tower into a luxury hotel and to assemble the management team that made Hotel Teatro one of the most respected boutique hotels in the country.

"We are excited to add Hotel Teatro to our portfolio of luxury hotels," said Matthew DiNapoli, chief executive officer of DiNapoli Capital Partners. "Hotel Teatro is a beautiful hotel that has received many accolades over the past few years and has earned its place as Denver's finest hotel."

David Craig, who has been with Hotel Teatro for nearly six years, will be Hotel Teatro's acting General Manager. "Hotel Teatro's success has been based upon delivering the highest quality guest service in Denver," said David Craig. "Given our new ownership's experience in luxury hotels, we look forward to providing an even higher level of service in the future."

Kevin Taylor who owns and operates the award-winning Restaurant Kevin Taylor and Prima Ristorante and Enoteca will continue to be a valuable asset to Hotel Teatro. "DiNapoli Capitol Partners have an excellent portfolio of luxury hotels with fine restaurants," Taylor said. "I couldn't ask for a better situation than to have experienced luxury hoteliers purchasing Hotel Teatro and am excited to be working with Matt DiNapoli and his group."
