Philip Cham Appointed GM at GEM Hotel Chelsea

NEW YORK, NY, January 7, 2010 - The GEM Hotel Chelsea, operated by Gemini Real Estate Advisors, LLC, is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Cham as general manager. Cham will oversee daily operations of the 81-room hotel, including guest services, a team of 20 associates and more. No stranger to Gemini Real Estate Advisors, Cham currently serves as general manager of one of its other assets, Wyndham Garden Hotel Chelsea, a role he will continue to hold.

Cham's hospitality career, spanning over 10 years, includes general manager roles at Hampton Inn While Plains/Tarrytown, Towneplace Suites by Marriott in Albany, and Fairfield Inn by Marriott, LaGuardia. He received a degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
