Twenty-five Room Resort in Napa Valley, California
JANUARY 9, 2007. Hospitality industry veteran Dr. Donald W, Wise, President and CEO of Resorts, Marinas and Vineyards, Inc., with offices in the Napa Valley and Corona del Mar (Newport Beach), California, is pleased to announce his firms investment banking exclusive engagement and representation of Mr. Craig Hall, Chairman, Hall Financial Group, in the acquisition of La Residence, a twenty-five room resort on the valley floor of the Napa Valley, in the famous wine country.
"Craig and Kathryn have two existing world class boutique hotels near their home in Paris, nearly in the shadow of the Eifel Tower. Their commitment to the wine industry is very well known, with Hall Wines consistently garnering top awards. La Residence will provide a logical local Napa Valley marriage of these two passions," Wise said.
Sited on several lushly landscaped and planted acres nearly in the country, just a few hundred yards south of Bistro Don Giovanni, just east of the Saint Helena Highway on a frontage road, La Residence is an island of tranquility and solitude.
The Hall's plan on carrying on the long-term traditions of the existing inn, under their style of management and shepherding focused on high-end service and world class hospitality, while adding a spa and other resort amenities over time.
