Furama Hotel Dalian Joins World Hotels
JANUARY 22, 2010 - The Furama Hotel Dalian has joined Worldhotels as a new Deluxe Collection affiliate. The 620-room hotel occupies twin towers in the heart of the city's commercial, shopping and entertainment district with rooms and suites that range from 42 to an impressive 480 sqm.
Facilities at the hotel include a business centre, gym, wellness and spa retreat, indoor swimming pool and entertainment centre.
Among four specialty restaurants are Chinese-style August Moon and Chiu Chow Village, Japanese cuisine Yokohama Kou, and Sorabol Korean Restaurant. The other choices include the international La Brasserie Coffee Shop, Lobby Lounge and pub style Prince Bar.
Conference facilities are among the largest in Dalian, with a total of eleven function rooms occupying 2,300 sqm which can accommodate up to 1,200 delegates in 'classroom' seating, 2,000 in a theatre setting and 1,200 for receptions, as well as banquet seating for 1,000.
Furama Hotel Dalian is just 20 minutes from the airport, five minutes from the railway station and a stroll to the port passenger terminal.
