Quality Inn, Pensacola Floriday purchased by Jay & Vishal Corporation
April 6, 2010 - Sojourn Lodging recently completed the sale of the Quality Inn of Pensacola, Florida to a regional operator. The purchasers, Jay & Vishal Corporation, plan to make cosmetic renovations to the property, retain the Quality Inn franchise and leverage the property's proximity to NAS Corry to increase business levels. Mumford Company represented the sellers, Sojourn Lodging.
The 100 unit, 3 building property has high visibility from US Highway 98 and is located at the main gate to the Center for Information Dominance-Corry Station. Additional demand generators include the Pensacola Naval Air Station, Perdido Beaches and other tourist draws to the Pensacola region.
