Las Vegas Sands Promotes Gayle M. Hyman to SVP and General Counsel
May 5, 2010 - Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) announced today that Gayle M. Hyman, who most recently served as the company's deputy general counsel, has been named senior vice president and general counsel.

Adelson, chairman and chief executive officer of Las Vegas Sands Corp.
Ms. Hyman joined Las Vegas Sands Corp. in July 2005 after having served as deputy general counsel, finance and securities, at Allegneny Energy, Inc. Previously, she was a corporate attorney in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and a corporate attorney in Sullivan & Cromwell LLP's New York office.
Ms. Hyman is a graduate of Stanford University. She received a master of business administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her juris doctor from New York Law School. She replaces J. Alberto Gonzalez-Pita.
