BayStar Group Hires Linda Gower as Corporate Director

TAMPA, FL - July 30, 2010 - BayStar Hotel Group has named Linda Gower its Corporate Director of Sales-Tour and Travel. With a 20-year sales background in the hospitality, retail and travel industries, Gower most recently served as director of sales for Holiday Inn Express in Clearwater, Fla.
Previously, she was a travel manager and general manager with Creative Sports Travel of Tampa. Gower is a graduate of the Wilma Boyd Career Travel School in Pittsburgh, Pa. She is a Certified ProTour Professional and has earned numerous sales and management awards during her career.
Gower is concentrating on building tour and leisure business for BayStar Hotel Group's hotels, including the Hotel Indigo in downtown St. Petersburg.
