Regal to Open Hotel in Zhengzhou, China
September 16, 2010 - Regal Hotels International Limited (Regal Hotels Group) is pleased to announce the signing of a hotel project with He Nan Yuhong Real Estate Company Limited to open a five-star hotel, Regal Yuhong Hotel in Zhengzhou, Henan, China.
Scheduled to open in 2011, Regal Yuhong Hotel is one of the key development projects in Zhengzhou's Aviation Zone. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport and is only 15 minutes' drive to the city's CBD.
Occupying a gross floor area of approximately 96,000 square meters, the hotel will offer 310 well-appointed guest rooms and suites. Other features of the hotel will include a wide range of restaurants, business and entertainment facilities, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and a spa.
Regal Yuhong Hotel will also equip with a conference centre of 3,000 square meters, featuring a range of multi-purposed function rooms. With “no-pillar” interior design, the largest function room will have a ceiling height of 10 meters and a floor area of 1,200 square meters and can accommodate as many as 1,000 guests. The hotel also offers car parking spaces of up to 500 vehicles, ideal for banqueting, meeting and conference functions.
