Hotel Equities Opens Staybridge Suites in South Bend, IN
September 23, 2010 - Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (HE) recently opened the 90-room Staybridge Suites, an upscale extended-stay brand from Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), at 52860 State Road 933 in South Bend, Indiana. It is the first Staybridge Suites hotel in the Hotel Equities portfolio. Tammie Cantalino serves as the General Manager.
The three-story hotel is conveniently located near Notre Dame University in South Bend. The Staybridge Suites marks the firm's second hotel in the Midwest market. HE also manages the Hilton Garden Inn in nearby Elkhart, Indiana.

The hotel features three spacious suite options: deluxe studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two bath. All suites include functional work stations, speaker phones with personal voice mail and fully equipped kitchens.
