Englewood, CO - November 22, 2010 - As Stonebridge Companies continues to grow and perform as a leader and an innovative force in hotel development and property management, it has brought on Howard Pollack to serve as its new General Counsel. Mr. Pollack brings with him a broad background in real estate and hospitality law that will assist Stonebridge Companies as it navigates its future in the hospitality industry.

Mr. Pollack has served as outside counsel to Stonebridge Companies for the past 15 years. He brings with him over 21 years of experience in all aspects of real estate law including acquisition, finance, development and disposition of all types of real estate assets. In addition, Mr. Pollack's practice has had a specific focus on hotel and hospitality law, representing a number of both local and national hotel owners and developers. He will be responsible for managing all aspects of Stonebridge Companies' legal affairs including all legal matters relating to acquisitions, development, construction and operations. “Howard has an extensive background in real estate and hospitality law and that combined with his experience in both the business and civic arenas will be a valuable asset to the continued growth and development of Stonebridge Companies,” said Kevin Mahoney, Chief Operating Officer for Stonebridge Companies.

Prior to joining Stonebridge Companies, Mr. Pollack spent 17 years at Brownstein Hyatt Farber & Schreck where he was a senior partner in the firm's real estate group and co-chair of the firm's hospitality group. Mr. Pollack began his career as an associate in the real estate group at Richards, Layton & Finger in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Pollack graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 1991. While there he served as a Senior Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in economics, with honors, from the University of Delaware. Mr. Pollack frequently lectures on real estate matters in Colorado and is a member various boards and organizations including the Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys, Denver Botanic Gardens, Colorado Outward Bound School and many others.
