Copperleaf Restaurant will host a special New Year's Eve dinner between 5:30 and 9:30 p.m., where guests will enjoy a five-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Mark Bodinet. Complete with champagne, the New Years Eve menu features Northwest favorites including Spice Pumpkin Bisque with cinnamon crème and honey poached cranberries; Hand-cut Tagiettelle Pasta with black truffle and reggiano; Shriners Farm Fallow Venison with gingerbread, sugar pie pumpkin, brown butter chestnuts and cascade huckleberries; and Fromage Blanc Ice Cream with cinnamon streusel and caramelized pears.
