SEATTLE, WA - December 13, 2010 - Cedarbrook Lodge, a quintessentially Northwest hotel located on 18 acres of restored wetlands in Seattle, has the ideal New Year's Eve package for those looking for a quiet, relaxing and memorable way to celebrate the beginning of 2011.

Copperleaf Restaurant will host a special New Year's Eve dinner between 5:30 and 9:30 p.m., where guests will enjoy a five-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Mark Bodinet. Complete with champagne, the New Years Eve menu features Northwest favorites including Spice Pumpkin Bisque with cinnamon crème and honey poached cranberries; Hand-cut Tagiettelle Pasta with black truffle and reggiano; Shriners Farm Fallow Venison with gingerbread, sugar pie pumpkin, brown butter chestnuts and cascade huckleberries; and Fromage Blanc Ice Cream with cinnamon streusel and caramelized pears.

Cedarbrook is a convenient ride on the Link light rail away from Seattle's New Year's festivities, but far from noise and congestion of Downtown. With complimentary shuttle service to the Seattle Link light rail station, guests can enjoy easy access to the city without the hassle of parking and traffic.
