The residences, in the Mediterranean coastal towns of Benidorm and Torremolinos, are set to open early next year and will be available for guests between April and November.
The newly built Residence Maeva Benidorm is located in the centre of Benidorm, 600 metres from the beach. There are 207 one and two-bedroom fully-equipped apartments, sleeping up to four guests with excellent facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, padel courts and a garden playground with swings. Nearby, guests can enjoy local bars, restaurants, clubs and amusement and aquatic parks. The nearest airport is Alicante, which is a 40 minute drive away.
Maeva Stella Polaris Torremolinos has been fully renovated by Pierre & Vacances and lies in the heart of Torremolinos. The three star apartment complex has 189 fully equipped studios and one-bedroom apartments sleeping two to four guests and most have terraces with sea views. Within the resort there are two swimming pools including an outdoor pool and a children's pool, a solarium, a restaurant, bar-cafeteria and self-service laundry. The property is only a short 200 metre walk from the beach and is close to local shops, bars, restaurants, theatres, golf courses, theme parks and a Crocodile Park. Malaga Airport is a short 15-20 minute drive away. Prices for a two bedroom apartment sleeping up to four people for seven nights between July and September start at €550 (£467) at Residence Maeva Benidorm. At Maeva Stella Polaris Torremolinos, a studio apartment sleeping up to four people costs €590 (£501) for seven nights between July and September.
The six established Pierre & Vacances Spanish properties include Benalmádena Principe in Benalmádena Town on the Costa del Sol, which lies 200 metres from the beach. The three star property has 117 deluxe, fully equipped one bedroom apartments, sleeping up to four guests, with air conditioning. Facilities include a swimming pool, kids club, gym and solarium. Additionally, there are three properties around the charming, coastal town of Altea- in the hills, on the beach and in the port- giving guests a choice of location.
Residence Estepona and Resort Terrazas Costa del Sol are located on the south tip of Spain. Both enjoy the Andalucian year round sunshine and heavy Moorish influence on the culture, architecture and cuisine.
