Rim Announces Groundbreaking for Hyatt Place Vista
January 14, 2011 - Rim Hospitality and ABA Development announced today the groundbreaking on its much anticipated Hyatt Place in Vista, CA. Developed and Owned by ABA Development, the new 150-room hotel is expected to open spring 2012 and will be managed by Rim Hospitality. "We are excited to bring a new upscale hotel to the City of Vista. The City of Vista has been a pleasure to work with and have been instrumental in the planning and development of this hotel," said Scott Brown, CEO, ABA Development.
A ceremonial groundbreaking for the new 150 room hotel located at 2645 S. Melrose Drive, adjacent to the new Business Park on Faraday will take place at the building site at 1:00 pm on January 13, 2011.
