Embassy Suites Fayetteville/Fort Bragg Breaks Ground
Hotel to Debut as First Upscale, All-suites Property in Fayetteville Area
February 9, 2011 - MBM Hospitality, LLC, and Embassy Suites Hotels recently broke ground on the 165-suite Embassy Suites Fayetteville/Fort Bragg located at 4760 Lake Valley Drive, Fayetteville, North Carolina. The hotel is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2012. Once open, it will be the eighth Embassy Suites location in the state, but only the second location to reflect the brand's latest prototype design - Design Option III. The full service, all-suites hotel will have almost 9,000 square feet of conference space.
Present at the groundbreaking were key stakeholders from ownership group MBM Hospitality, LLC, management company Five Points Hospitality and Metcon Construction. While the Fayetteville property is the first Embassy Suites hotel for MBM Hospitality, LLC, and Five Points Hospitality, neither group is new to the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands, as they already own and manage, respectively, the Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville/Fort Bragg, and Five Points Hospitality manages the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville/Orange Park.

The new hotel will be constructed and designed in the brand's Design Option III style, which offers, among many other benefits to guests, more natural light in both public and guest room areas. For developers the design is an innovative and flexible approach to building out the hotel, lowering construction costs and the actual amount of land needed, while keeping all of the benefits that are inherent in an Embassy Suites hotel.

The hotel will also feature Embassy Suites' own Flying Spoons restaurant, a hip casual dining option perfect for business and leisure travelers.
Conveniently situated off the All American Freeway, the hotel offers ideal proximity for both business and leisure travelers. The nearby Cross Creek Mall presents a variety of shops and restaurants and there are a diverse range of major corporations, healthcare providers and facilities and military contractors in the area. The hotel is also located within two miles of Fort Bragg.
